The Navarre Area Board of Realtor members voted in Joe Lacey (Pelican Real Estate) along with Tara Capron, Marcia Monti, Sylvia Blanchard & Susan Durfee (all of Navarre Real Estate Connection) as King and Queens of the "Krewe of NABOR" at February's Navarre Mardi Gras themed luncheon.

The Navarre Chamber's 19^th Annual Golf Classic was held on October 5, 2007 at The Club at Hidden Creek, with proceeds benefiting Navarre High School Seniors.

The tournament, was highly anticipated as the first tournament hosted upon the grand reopening of the new clubhouse and restaurant at Hidden Creek.  The tournament was played and celebrated "tropical style", with an upscale indoor post-party complete with catered food, drinks, and a live steel band held at the newly opened Tuscan Grille.  Marcia Monti was the Chairman for the  golf tournament this year with members from  Navarre Real Estate Connection serving on the committee as well.

 

Navarre Real Estate Connection along with Jeff Negrotto with US Title also sponsored a watering hole & won first place for this event.

The Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce has recognized

 Navarre Real Estate Connection, Inc.

as the June Small Business of the Month for 2008.

 

The business began in 2007.  Beginning with two brokers, they now have a total of 6 real estate agents.  The business has supported many community organizations:  Navarre Relay for Life, Caring & Sharing, Betty J. Pullum Family YMCA, Fisher House and Santa Rosa Kids House.  They have been a Teacher of the Year sponsor and have offered free computer classes to Seniors in the Navarre area.

 

Their group of sales agents is actively involved in the Chamber events and functions.  They have been a sponsor of the First Annual Business Expo, Chamber Scholarship Golf Tournament and Christmas in the Park.  They have collectively also been involved in numerous committees and leadership positions, including the Mentor Program, Emerging Leaders of Navarre, Ambassadors, Military Affairs Council and Small Business Development Committee and the Board of Directors.
